This scrumptious Swedish cinnamon swirl is based on a recipe by Peonies and Polaroids. Here’s the recipe and here’s a pic of the final result…
The recipe makes enough to fill two cake tins. For a truly decadent twist, smear the rolled-out dough with butter, cinnamon and cocoa, then add dark chocolate chips before rolling it up. The only rule is that all the swirls must be eaten in one sitting before they get cold. It’s not hard to do.
